This post resonated deeply. We need more mentorship programs that connect Black youth with 4iR opportunities early on.
There was a post in a WhatsApp with a link to this amazing platform. I think the conversation was whether people of African descent should shy away from the Fourth Industrial Revolution or be at the forefront of it. I person believe that people of African descent should jump in and take a leading role as the stakes are high if they don't. These are just my layman thoughts.

Thanks for engaging, Ann. I’m working on a toolkit for educators to introduce 4iR concepts in culturally relevant ways.
I shared this post with my robotics club. It sparked a great conversation about ownership vs. participation in tech.
Let me further add Kevin i'd be interested to learn more about this kit you are developing once you're able to discuss it. It sounds exciting.
Thanks for engaging Mikie, I'd be only too pleased to share with you my results once I've made further progress.
As someone who knows very little of what this 4iR actually is other than it supposed to affect our lives going forward, for that reason I think it's important to know about it. I am pleased I registered on this platform even as a non Tech person, hopefully I'll learn from others.
